	Thandeka Gqiba CEO, Thandeka Gqiba, has an Information Technology back ground with a leading Investment Bank. Through her work, she has been exposed to many aspects of running and managing a business and has always longed to pursue an entrepreneur path in order to create wealth and create employment. Thandeka regularly contributes to the welfare of the disadvantaged and believes that the provision of employment as opposed to "hand outs" is one of the first steps of alleviating unemployment in South Africa. Thandeka is from a modest background and grew up in Jabulani, Soweto and she worked hard to Graduate with a BSc Information Technology and Infomatics Degree from the University of Johannesburg. Thandeka believes that her drive to succeed is largely a result of her tough upbringing, strong family values and Christian Faith which have instilled an attitude that "anything is possible" especially when looking at her background and achievements to date. Thandeka believes that the first step to success is a well thought out Business Plan, the second being the acquisition and employment of a strong team of skilled staff and advisors and the third step being hard sweat and effort. Thandeka believes that we all have the potential to succeed but the difference with most people is the effort they are willing to apply, the Faith in God and themselves making it and the ability to find and create resources to make dreams a Reality. Thandeka leads the Medical and Dental operations whilst having an overall responsibility for all areas of the Group.

	Gerald Mwandiambira Business Development Executive, Gerald Mwandiambira is from a Banking and Insurance background with over 14 years experience in these sectors which include several years in the United Kingdom, as well as international trade experience in Zimbabwe, Australia, Hong Kong, China and South Africa. Most of Gerald's experience was in Business Development and Sales in major Global top ten Banking Institutions and the worlds leading Financial Services Information, News and Analytics organisation based in London, UK and in his most recent role, Gerald was Head of Business Development and Sales: Africa for a Business unit of of one of South Africa 3 largest Insurance companies. Sugar Creek feel that Gerald's experience, especially when dealing with International Markets and his extensive networks will prove valuable for the company. Gerald spearheads the Commodity Trading, Precious Gems Broking and International Trade operations. Gerald has a BSc Economics (Hons) degree and is a practicing Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
